Advantech ADAM-6022 | Ethernet Based Dual Loop PID Controller

The ADAM-6022 is an Ethernet based dual loop PID controller that combines process control functionality with analog input, analog output, digital input, and digital output capabilities in one compact industrial module. Each control loop includes three analog inputs, one analog output, one digital input, and one digital output, enabling the module to manage two independent process control functions.

Designed for connected automation applications, the ADAM-6022 communicates through a 10/100Base-T(X) Ethernet connection and supports Modbus TCP, TCP/IP, UDP, and RESTful communication. With 16 bit analog input resolution, 2,000 VDC isolation protection, and a 10 to 30 VDC power input, the controller provides a reliable platform for process measurement and control in manufacturing, energy, water, HVAC, and equipment automation environments.
