Truflo ProPulse® Series Mini Turbine Flow Meter

The Truflo® ProPulse® Series is a compact mini turbine flow meter purpose-built for ultra-low flow metering and dosing, where every drop matters. Designed around an all-plastic PVDF body and rotor, the ProPulse delivers highly repeatable measurement in demanding industrial environments while offering excellent chemical resistance for aggressive fluids. Its ultra-low capability reaches down to 50 mL/min (0.013 GPM), making it a strong fit for precise chemical feed and low-flow verification tasks that are difficult for larger meters to capture accurately.

At the heart of the ProPulse is a PVDF rotor with encapsulated magnetic inserts rotating on long-wearing sapphire bearings. As the turbine spins, a Hall Effect sensor converts rotor movement into a square-wave pulse signal (NPN or PNP) that can be sent to a metering pump, controller, PLC, or local display. For added flexibility, the meter supports field-replaceable PVDF insert flow jets that enable five different flow ranges, with no tools required for change-out—helping users adapt one meter body to multiple dosing windows.
