The Truflo® TK3W is the 316 stainless steel model within the TKW | TK3W Series (Blind) in-line paddle wheel flow meter sensors, designed for reliable liquid flow measurement in full pipes where a local numeric display is not required. Instead of a flow/total readout, the TK3W uses a blind LED indicator (including LED pulse indication) while providing process-ready outputs for remote monitoring and control. Performance is specified at ±0.5% of full-scale linearity and ±0.5% repeatability at 25°C (77°F), with a wide operating velocity range of 1–33 ft/s (0.3–10 m/s).

Engineered for longevity and harsh service, the TK3W incorporates Truflo’s ShearPro® contoured paddle wheel profile to reduce turbulence and drag (referenced as significantly lower drag vs. flat paddle designs), supporting extended rotor life with low pressure drop. Wetted components are designed for durability and chemical resistance, including an ETFE (Tefzel®) paddle wheel and zirconium ceramic (ZrO₂) rotor pin/bushings.
