SENSVISION DPG 200F – An Equivalent to the BD Sensors BAROLI 02P
The BD Sensors BAROLI 02P is the flush-diaphragm, hygienic version of the BAROLI 02 battery-powered digital pressure gauge. Its flush welded stainless steel diaphragm leaves no dead space in front of the sensing surface, so the wetted face can be cleaned in place and sterilised, and the instrument can be used with media that would block a conventional recessed pressure port. The BAROLI 02P uses two 3.6 V lithium cells with roughly five years of standby life; the DPG 200F uses two standard 1.5 V AAA batteries giving up to 1,500 hours of operation, which are far easier and cheaper to obtain and change in a production area.
Both gauges are rated IP 65 with FKM as the standard seal material.
