SENSVISION PTS 310D – An Equivalent to the BD Sensors DMP 331i
The BD Sensors DMP 331i is a precision pressure transmitter built around a stainless steel sensor and intelligent digital electronics, which actively compensate and linearise the sensor signal to deliver accuracy of ±0.1% of span. It is specified where measurement quality has to exceed that of a standard industrial transmitter and where the measuring range and damping need to be adjusted electronically rather than mechanically.

Like the DMP 331i, the SENSVISION PTS 310D processes the sensor signal using intelligent digital electronics with a 16 bit analogue to digital converter, actively temperature compensating and linearising the measurement for strong thermal behaviour and high repeatability. Offset, span, electronic damping of 0 to 100 seconds and a turn down of up to 10:1 are configurable through a communication interface and software, so the transmitter can be matched to the application and to existing calibration records.
The SENSVISION PTS 310D covers nominal pressure ranges from 0.4 bar to 600 bar, with gauge, absolute and vacuum versions available depending on configuration, and delivers accuracy of ≤ ±0.1% of span in accordance with EN IEC 62828-2. A standard 2-wire 4–20 mA output is provided, with a 0 to 10 V 3-wire signal on selected versions, and the pressure port, housing and diaphragm are stainless steel 316L for industrial media compatibility and long operational life.
