PTC 350F Hygienic Process Pressure Transmitter

The SENSVISION PTC 350F is specifically developed for precise measurement of low system pressures from 40 mbar up to 20 bar in hygienic and chemically demanding environments. Based on an own developed capacitive ceramic sensor element, the transmitter delivers excellent resistance against aggressive media and provides high overpressure capability relative to its nominal range. This makes it particularly well suited for applications involving viscous, pasty, or reactive process media where stability and durability are critical.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the SENSVISION PTC 350F offers a wide range of hygienic process connections including flush DIN connections, clamp fittings, dairy pipe connections, Varivent®, and flanged versions. Standard accuracy is ≤ ± 0.35% span with an optional ≤ ± 0.25% span version for tighter control requirements. Intrinsically safe Ex ia versions for gases and dusts are available, along with optional ceramic diaphragm material in 99.9% Al₂O₃ for enhanced performance in challenging applications.
