PTS 330 High Pressure Industrial Pressure Transmitter

The SENSVISION PTS 330 is engineered for demanding high pressure hydraulic applications where robustness and long term stability are critical. The sensing element is a thinfilm sensor that is welded to the pressure port, creating a durable measuring assembly without media wetted seals. Nominal pressure ranges are available from 600 bar up to 2200 bar, with accuracy specified as ≤ ±0.35% span according to EN IEC 62828-2, supporting precise pressure monitoring in heavy duty systems.

To simplify integration into industrial and mobile hydraulic equipment, the SENSVISION PTS 330 provides analogue outputs including a standard 4 to 20 mA two wire signal and an optional 0 to 10 V three wire signal, with other outputs available on request. The design is intended for high reliability under mechanical stress, with strong resistance to vibration and shock, and with temperature capability suitable for harsh environments. Optional configurations include an intrinsically safe Ex ia version for gases and dusts, additional high pressure ports, adjustable offset capability, and multiple electrical connection types to match installation requirements.

Features Of The SENSVISION PTS 330 High Pressure Measurement Transmitter

  1. Welded Thinfilm Sensor Construction For Extreme Hydraulic Pressure
The thinfilm sensing element is welded with the pressure port for a robust measuring system designed for high pressure use.

  2. High Pressure Ranges Up To 2200 Bar For Heavy Duty Systems
Supports nominal pressure ranges of 600, 1000, 1600, 2000, and 2200 bar for hydraulic equipment and high pressure machinery.

  3. High Accuracy Pressure Signal For Stable Control Performance
Provides ≤ ±0.35% span accuracy according to EN IEC 62828-2 for precise monitoring and control.

  4. Analogue Output Options For Industrial Integration
Standard 4 to 20 mA two wire output is available, with optional 0 to 10 V three wire output and other signals on request.

  5. Optional Intrinsically Safe Version For Hazardous Areas
Ex ia intrinsically safe option is available for gases and dusts, for 4 to 20 mA two wire configurations.

  6. Optional Offset Adjustability For Application Specific Calibration
Offset adjustment is possible within ±5% of the nominal pressure range when the adjustable special version is selected, subject to version compatibility limits.
