Advantech’s Line of UNO Industrial Embedded Automation Computers are compact and fanless PCs designed for robust I/O applications where space is limited and the PC is utilized with a Flat Panel Monitor, Touch Monitor or as a headless unit. These modular PCs range in form factor from Din-Rail Automation Controller to Stand mount Embedded Automation Controller, Wall mount Embedded Box PC and Industrial IoT Edge Gateway. The UNO-1, UNO-1000, UNO-2, UNO-2000, UNO-3, UNO-3000 and ECU-4000 series offer a range of onboard I/O and as the models get larger, processing speed, memory and storage increase, along with the number and type(s) of onboard I/O available for interfacing with your peripherals. Most of these PCs are Advantech iDoor compatible, which enables the installation of an Advantech iDoor module for access to CANopen, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, POWERLINK, Sercos III, GbE LAN, USB, RS-232, RS-422/485, RS-232/422/485 and Digital I/O. The newer larger Embedded PCs may include miniPCIe, PCI and PCIe expansion slots for I/O card installation and some of the newest units are also stackable, meaning, there is a 2nd layer available for installation of one or multiple iDoor modules.
