The Honeywell Voyager XP 1472G is based on durability and a more powerful scan capability and is an ideal wireless scanner for workflows that include 1D and 2D barcode reading and require a more robust and reliable solution. The Voyager XP 1472g has an extended scan distance to eliminate unnecessary bending and crouching when scanning and is fully backward-compatible with existing Voyager accessories. The Honeywell Voyager XP 1472G has been developed to withstand 30 drops at 1.8 m (6 ft) and 1,000 tumbles at 0.5 m (1.6 ft) and includes a 30 meter (98 ft) line of sight with the Honeywell charger/communication base.
